TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL - Unless otherwise stated, the following terms and conditions shall apply.

PRICING - All pricing shall be at the current year list price. Please see price list for details.

TIMING - Unless otherwise stated, the following is our turn-around time:

Brand Concept Development: Within 30 days after brief has been recieved.

Brand Changes: Within 10 days after changes have been requested.

Product Development: Within 45 days after brief and sample of target product have been recieved.

Product Changes: Within 30 days after changes have been requested.

PAYMENT TERMS - Payment in advance or non-transferable, non-revocable letter of credit with a confirmed bank is required.

SAMPLE RETENTION - Unless prior arrangements are made, samples will be destroyed and properly disposed of.

CONFIDENTIALITY - All work will be performed in strict confidence. Results are released only to the client or his/her designated agent.

ANTI-COUNTERFEITING POLICY - It is R & B Dunn Properties' policy not to supply services to any client shown to have any connection with counterfeit tobacco products. R & B Dunn Properties reserves the right to cease doing business with any such client and to cancel any outstanding order.
